Data is stored securely on password-protected computers, cloud services and paper records where necessary. We retain clinical and financial records for at least 7 years in line with professional and legal requirements.

• Referring veterinary practices.

• Laboratories, imaging providers or referral centres involved in a patient’s care.

• Our accountants and regulatory authorities where legally required.

We never sell personal data.
